A year of growth: Thanks to our clients for choosing Kaleido

Last year was a year of innovation, growth, and learning. We shifted our focus from radical transformations to small-scale advancements with large impact. In our previous post (link), we shared insights on how 2022 was a year of innovation and learning, where we improved decision making through data analysis and streamlined processes with modern tools. In this post, we are proud to share our achievements in growth. We successfully expanded our client base and provided it with innovative solutions. We are determined to continue providing excellent service to our clients in the future.

Expanding our reach: how we onboarded new clients and delivered innovative solutions in 2022

We are extremely grateful and proud to have onboarded numerous new clients in 2022. Our expanding client base is a result of the hard work and dedication of our team, and we are committed to continue providing the best service to each and every one of our valued clients in the future.

In the past year, we have worked hard on developing innovative products and services that align with our clients’ values, interests, and needs. From specialized investment strategies and customized portfolios to flexible financing options and secure digital asset services, we strive to offer a full range of solutions that meet our clients’ diverse requirements. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service, and we go above and beyond to ensure that all our offerings are accessible and convenient for our valued clients.

Here is an overview of the new products and services we introduced to our clients in 2022:

Our investment solutions are designed to help clients achieve their financial goals and protect their assets, and we have carefully crafted our investment solutions with our clients' needs and priorities in mind. In addition to our traditional offerings, we have expanded to include digital assets. We offer both individual investors and crypto companies security, convenience, and expertise for managing their crypto and other digital assets. With this new offering, we are able to provide a complete range of services as a private bank, enabling our clients to get a holistic view of their wealth, and manage all their assets in one place.

Structured finance solutions for your individual needs

Last year, we consistently focused on providing flexible and customized financing solutions to our clients. We have successfully expanded our reach using structured finance, allowing us to offer tailored financial products to meet the unique needs of each client. We are committed to continue to develop individualized finance solutions that set us apart in the market.

Partnering with Diem for stable and long-term income-generating opportunities

We formed a meaningful partnership with Diem Client Partner AG, a leader in the industry for delivering stable and long-term income-generating investment portfolios. They are providing the core of our satellite strategies, the “Recurring Income” portfolio.

Enhancing the client experience: Improved servicing tools

We have re-launched our website to better reflect our status as a modern boutique private bank and to enhance the experience of our clients. Our new website is easy to navigate and helps our clients to quickly find the information and resources they need, as well as providing them with a streamlined way to get in touch with us. We want our updated website to be a valuable resource for our clients and help us better serve their needs.

In order to improve our client experience and better serve our clients, we have implemented new tools and upgraded our CRM system. These updates allow us to perform more effective information campaigns, and provide our advisors with a better understanding of our clients’ needs and preferences. Our enhanced CRM system enables us to deliver a higher level of personalized service to our clients, and helps us build a stronger relationships with them.

What’s next?

As the new year has begun, we are well-positioned for growth and expansion. Through the hard work and dedication of our team in the past year, we have laid the foundation for success in 2023. We have set ambitious targets and are confident in our ability to reach them, thanks to the investments and efforts made in the past. We are excited to continue building on our previous successes and expanding our offerings to include innovative solutions beyond traditional banking.
